Traditional cupping requires glass, a flame and usually a second person. This device replaces all three, generating suction electronically and holding it at the level you set.
Twelve suction levels mean you can begin gently and increase as you become used to the sensation. Infrared heat runs alongside the suction, warming the area to approximately 45 to 50 C while it works.
A single button releases the pressure at the end of a session, and the unit powers down on its own after twenty minutes.

Before you start
Apply a body or massage oil to the skin first so the head can glide across the area. Oil is not included.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 5 business days, and most leave sooner. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7 to 21 days depending on the item and where you are. Orders outside the US and Canada can take longer. Some products ship from different warehouses, so if you order more than one item they may arrive separately at no extra cost to you.
Shipping is free on orders over $60 to the US and over $75 to Canada. All other orders, including international, have shipping calculated at checkout. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Orders shipped outside the US and Canada may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and are your responsibility.
Returns
We do not ask you to ship anything back. If something is wrong with your order, tell us and we will refund or replace it.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email aktivpeak@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will refund you in full or send a replacement, whichever you prefer, and you keep the original item.
If 30 days pass from dispatch and your order has not arrived, contact us and we will refund it in full.
We do not accept change of mind returns, because we ship directly from our suppliers. If your order has not been dispatched yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. We process approved refunds within 3 business days, and your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show it.
