Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping is free on orders over $60 to the US and over $75 to Canada.

All other orders, including international, have shipping calculated at checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 5 business days. Most leave sooner.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7 to 21 days depending on the item and where you are. International orders outside the US and Canada can take longer.

Some products ship from different warehouses, so if you order more than one item they may arrive separately at no extra cost to you.

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find it.

It is normal for tracking to sit still for several days, especially in transit between countries.

If it has been more than 5 business days and you have not heard from us, email aktivpeak@gmail.com and we will find out where it is.

Orders shipped outside the US and Canada may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and are your responsibility.

Customs, carrier backlogs and weather can add time, and those are outside our control.

If your order passes 30 days without arriving, contact us and we will refund it in full.
