Why recovery

Most people train hard and recover badly. Not because they do not care, but because recovery is the part nobody sells you on. It is easy to buy another pair of shoes and hard to justify the thing that actually stops you seizing up on a Tuesday.

Recovery gear is not glamorous. It is twenty minutes with your legs in compression boots while you answer emails. It is two minutes with a massage gun before bed. It is unremarkable, and it is what keeps you training next week.

How we work

We ship worldwide. If something arrives faulty or is not what you expected, we refund it and you keep it, because making you post a broken item back at your own cost is not a policy, it is a deterrent.
